Douglas works closely with Kristal to oversee each department and the process of our product. He is in charge of meeting with lawyers and works with Zack to help manage our financials.

Kristal Blumenstock
Founder & CEO // Kristal is a senior Management major with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Travel & Tourism.
Kristal oversees Kreamer as a whole. She has specific knowledge in marketing and enjoys working with Nancy, our Chief of Marketing, to help identify target markets, marketing strategies as well as the website design.
Zack Beardsley
Chief Financial Officer // Zack is a senior Management major with an emphasis in Entreprenurship.
Zack is instrumental in our business since he is the one dealing with all of the numbers. Zack is in charge of getting our patent situated as well as hiring and working with a licensing lawyer. Zack works with Douglas a lot to make sure that we are protected.
Nancy Neil
Chief Marketing Officer // Nancy is a senior Management major with a minor in Psychology.
Nancy is in charge of identifying our target audience and coming up with ways to reach them. She has proposed that the best way to reach our customers would be through print ads, social media, our website and word of mouth.
Jacob Venegas
Chief Product Officer // Jacob is a senior Business Mangement major with a minor in Sports Communications.
Jacob is in charge of product design and development. He makes sure our model aligns with our goal as a company as well as with what the consumer wants. He works closely with Nancy to make sure the target market is getting the product they want.
